Hand Soap — Aesop, Always

My absolute favourite. I have tried every hand soap that exists — I have come back to Aesop every time. The bottles are beautiful enough to display. The formulas are genuinely nourishing. The Resurrection Aromatique hand wash — mandarin rind, rosemary leaf, cedar atlas — is the standard by which I judge everything else. There is also the Reverence Aromatique for days when you want something warmer and earthier. Both are exceptional. Neither disappoints.

Bath Soak — The Art of Doing Nothing Well

A bath is not indulgence. A bath is maintenance — of the body, the nervous system, the mind. Exfoliation is the step most people perform inconsistently — and then wonder why their skin never quite has that glow. The answer is straightforward: a body scrub, once a week, no exceptions. It removes dead skin, improves circulation, and makes every body product you apply afterwards work significantly better.

Mason Pearson — Thank Me Later

There are things you resist buying because they feel extravagant, and then you buy them and wonder how you ever managed without. The Mason Pearson hairbrush is one of those things. Hand-made in England since 1885.
